7-Day Exchange Window
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests made more than 7 days after your package is delivered.
Exchanges or Store Credit Only — No Refunds
We do not offer monetary refunds. For eligible items, you may choose either:
- an exchange for another piece of equal value, or
- store credit toward a future purchase.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a tracked and insured service, as we cannot issue an exchange or store credit for items lost or damaged in transit.
Condition of Items
To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with any included certificates.
Final Sale — Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom or customized products (made-to-order, personalized, or engraved)
- Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Email us at info@hoperay-jewelry.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the item involved, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
